Connect other apps
Any app that can connect to a remote MCP server over HTTP can share your Saudad memory: paste the address and sign in, or use an API key.
Other apps
Most apps sign in with the address alone. Some need an API key: create one in your dashboard, under Spaces and apps, with Create API key.
With a key, send the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>.
In VS Code, add this to .vscode/mcp.json and sign in when asked:
If your app can connect to a remote MCP server over HTTP, paste the address and sign in, or use an API key.
How other apps remember today
Updated , from the vendor’s own pages; each source shows the day it was read.
Most apps keep whatever they remember to themselves. A memory server changes that: any app that connects to it reads and saves the same memory.
The MCP project’s reference memory server keeps a knowledge graph in one local file, and each app starts its own copy of the server. Its maintainers present it as an educational example, not a production-ready solution.[1]
Saudad is a hosted memory server: nothing to install or run, one address for every app, and a dashboard where you can see, edit, undo and export what your agents remember.
Questions
What does an app need to connect?
Support for remote MCP servers over HTTP, with sign-in through OAuth, or a custom header for an API key.
Where do I get an API key?
In your dashboard, under Spaces and apps, with Create API key. Send it as the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>.

What does Saudad cost?
€9 a month billed yearly, or €12 monthly, VAT included, after a 14-day free trial with no card.
