Questions

What happens when the free trial ends?
Your agents pause until you choose a plan. Your memory stays safe and visible in your dashboard, and you can export it. If you don’t choose a plan within 30 days, it’s deleted; we email you twice before that.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Sign up with your email and use everything for 14 days.
Which apps can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT on its Business, Enterprise and Edu plans (read-only on Pro), Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw and other apps. The connect page shows each app’s steps.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. Switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, from Settings, in Manage billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a limit?
Up to 20 spaces, and 2,000 saves a day per brain.
