Connect ChatGPT
ChatGPT keeps a memory of its own, inside ChatGPT. To share one memory with your other agents, Saudad connects to ChatGPT on its Business, Enterprise and Edu plans (read-only on Pro), on the web.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu can connect Saudad and save to it today, on the web. ChatGPT Pro can read from it but not save. On other plans, it doesn’t work yet.
If you’re on a workspace plan
Your workspace admin adds Saudad once:
On chatgpt.com, open Plugins, choose +, and add a custom server.
Name it Saudad, paste the address under Connection, use OAuth for authentication, and tick I understand and want to continue.
Choose Create as a plugin, install it, then in a chat type @ and pick Saudad.
ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before it saves a memory. Approve it when it does.
How ChatGPT remembers today
Updated , from the vendor’s own pages; each source shows the day it was read.
ChatGPT’s memory draws on saved memories, the details you ask it to remember or that it saves as useful, and on your past chats, which it can reference to personalise its answers. OpenAI says the features and controls vary by plan, region, platform and workspace settings.[1]
A project can use your default memory or a memory of its own, and shared projects always keep to their own.[2]
All of it lives inside ChatGPT: Claude, Claude Code and Cursor never see it, and ChatGPT doesn’t see theirs. Saudad is one memory outside every app, so what you tell one agent, the others you connect know too.
OpenAI documents custom servers with full access, reading and saving, on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web only, and Pro can connect them to read only. Its help article doesn’t cover Free, Go or Plus, so we don’t say Saudad works there.[3]
Questions
Which ChatGPT plans can use Saudad?
ChatGPT on its Business, Enterprise and Edu plans (read-only on Pro). Custom servers are added on the web only. OpenAI’s help article doesn’t mention Free, Go or Plus.
Who adds Saudad in a workspace?
On Business, only admins and owners can create plugins for custom servers. On Enterprise and Edu, admins can let selected members create them.
Do I need to turn on Developer Mode?
No. In ChatGPT’s current Plugins flow you add a custom server directly, without turning on Developer Mode first.
Will ChatGPT ask before it saves a memory?
Sometimes. OpenAI says ChatGPT may ask you to confirm a write action, depending on the app’s permissions and the action.
Has Saudad been tested with ChatGPT?
Not on this build yet. We mark an app as tested only once a test on the current build is recorded, and the connect page says so.
What does Saudad cost?
€9 a month billed yearly, or €12 monthly, VAT included, after a 14-day free trial with no card.
